Education
Freedomtravel4You.com provides training for its agents. Full Agents receive free training and free vendor training. Literally hundreds of trainings have been put together by our vendors. These allow agents to learn more about those vendors, to learn more about travel and which often allow special benefits or familiarization trip opportunities with those vendors.
Travel
We expect our agents to travel. It is the experience of our agents as travelers, and their experience with our partners products – hotels, resorts, cruises, events and destinations which make them valuable to our company, to our customers and to themselves as travel agents.
This travel is made possible by the earnings from travel and because of the wonderful opportunities available from our vendors for discounted and sometimes free travel.
Earn Money
FreedomTravel4You.com has one of the best compensation plans in the industry. We pay out 25% to 80% of the profits from all travel sold directly to the agent who sold it. We also pay out recruiting bonuses and gainsharing to our valued members.
FreedomTravel4You.com’s compensation plan is based on the following:
Selling Travel
We are a travel agency. Our goal is to sell more travel than anyone. We compensate our agents for activities which help promote the sell of travel.
Finding New Customers
Gain Sharing points which are paid out in cash each month are earned by agents who refer customers who join the FreedomTravel4You.com Customer Loyalty Program. These customers or potential customers benefit from being a member every month, and you benefit for introducing them into the program by being paid from the gainsharing program for helping us grow the company.
Profit from travel sold by the agent.
Agents who sell travel get paid up to 80% of the profit for all travel sold through the company as outlined in the Agent compensation plan.
Profit from travel referred by the agent but sold by the company or another agent.
Even if you don’t have time to sell travel and just pass out your card or refer a friend, you can make 25 to 40% of the profit from purchases made by your referred contact per the Agent Compensation Plan.
Recruiting new agents
The only we we are going to sell more travel than anyone is if we have good responsible well trained agents. Because we want to grow we pay recruiting bonuses to agents who recruit new agents to help us grow our company. This is in the form of a cash bonus. Recruiting also earns more gainsharing points for the sponsoring agent increasing their revenue month after month.
