Full Agents

Full Agents receive 40% of the profits for travel they refer to the company per the Referred Customer Travel Commissions Below. Full agents which sell the travel directly earn 50% of the profits if their annual earned travel commission is under $1,000. In order to qualify as referred travel, the customer must give the selling agent your agent ID and name. Or if done on line they must put in the agent ID and confirm the name.

They will be given the opportunity to join the Customer Loyalty Program and if they are entered by the agent selling the travel he/she will put themselves as the sponsoring agent for the Customer Loyalty Program, unless you have already entered them into this program, or unless they have entered themselves. They may elect not to join the Customer Loyalty Program.

Revenue Sharing Calculations

Revenue Sharing is FreedomTravel4You.com’s way of reimbursing its agents for their work in helping us grow and for helping us make the company profitable. It is similar to profit sharing accept that we guarantee the major portion of the income is paid out in Revenue Sharing.

Here is how it works.

We first subtract from the total revenue all sponsoring or recruiting bonuses paid directly out to agent members, as well as any moneys paid to the company for new recruits. Therefore, no money that is collected for the initial sign up fee is distributed to the outside agents.

We then split the revenu 50% with our agents.  The agents get 50% as their profits, and the company gets 50% to cover their expenses.

Revenue Sharing Scenario

To help you understand the concept of Revenue Sharing we put together this example scenario.
If the company after paying out recruiting bonuses and expenses had $52,352.57 available for profit sharing, and there where 568 agents having a total of 8,000 points, an agent who has 80 points would earn about 1% or $523.53 in Revenue Sharing for the month.  They would be payed that revenue share each month in addition to recruiting bonuses and in addition to individual earnings from travel sales.

If this agent had two additional recruits and nothing else had changed, they would have had 88 points and would have received 1.1% of the Revenue Sharing moneys or 431.91 each month.

The actual figures could be higher or lower based on company performance and the number of points earned by each individual agent.
