FreedomTravel4You.com shares 50% of its gross revenue with it’s agents.

The purpose of this program is to allow all of our associated agents and employees alike to share  revenues of the company. We hope that this will help them feel more involved and take more of a sense of ownership in their work.

Our gain revenue sharing program is different in that it is based on individual and collective performance of its agents. Half of the companies revenue is paid out to agents based on the profitability of the company and on the growth that the agents bring to the company.

The size of the monthly Revenue Sharing check is directly tied to each individuals performance and on the over all efficiency of the organization.

The percentage of the Revenue Sharing moneys that are paid out to each individual is based on the points that they have earned by performing the work that makes them and the company money.
