Tipping on a Cruise

Tipping on a cruise is a factor when planning your cruise. Most cruise lines apply a fee to your onboard purchase account. Princess Cruises charges $10.50 per day , per passenger on your account. This” Hotel and Dining Fee”  goes to your room steward and your dining personnel. This form of tipping is for your convenience, but is optional if you decide to tip individually or not at all. It is recommended that you tip those who provide your service since it is considered part of their salary.
